Responsible for the financial and logistical matters of the association’s activities and finances, and aims to ensure smoothness and efficiency in the financial and logistical operations inside and outside the association, which contributes to successfully achieving its goals.

Media and public relations

Responsible for media matters and public relations to implement the association’s activities before and after events and disseminate news. It aims to manage internal and external communications, promote the association’s image, and market its programs, projects, and initiatives.

Cultural and social activities

Responsible for the cultural, social, educational and recreational activities of the members and the association, including seminars, lectures, and the association’s offices. It aims to organize and coordinate cultural and social events to strengthen ties between members and enhance community interaction with the association.

Experiences, studies and research

Responsible for classifying the experiences of the association’s members and the association’s studies and research in cooperation with agencies and institutions
It aims to collect field and statistical data for analysis and use in supporting decisions and developing policies in the association.

Field surveys and statistics

Responsible for visits, field surveys, problems, developing solutions, and collecting relevant data. It aims to develop and monitor indicators, standards, and systems for quality and efficiency, and to achieve the strategic goals of the association.

Indicators, standards and systems

Responsible for studying global development indicators and standards and comparing them with data from the State of Kuwait and developing proposals for development. It aims to plan, implement and manage initiatives, projects and programs that contribute to achieving the association’s strategic objectives.
