A broad modern term, the ability to maintain the quality of life we live over the long term, which in turn depends on modifications in lifestyles to preserve the natural world and responsible use of resources.

It is a comprehensive concept of the process of managing, protecting and developing the planet, earth, humans and resource development, provided that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to satisfy their needs.
Social responsibility
The term began with the contribution of private sector companies to achieving the well-being of their employees’ lives, and it is complementary to government regulations and societal policy to achieve sustainable development and the well-being of the community in which they operate, while acting responsibly to enhance their competitive position in their field of activity.

It is a concept that refers to meeting the needs of current generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This concept includes three main dimensions

It is to preserve natural resources and the environment, and reduce damage caused by human activities, such as pollution, climate change and loss of biodiversity

Achieving social justice and equality, and improving the quality of life for all, by providing opportunities for culture and education, health care, decent work, and ensuring human rights
Sustainability seeks to find a balance between these three dimensions, to ensure the long-term well-being of humans and the planet
Sustainable development goals
The transition plan towards sustainable development by the year 2030, which was ratified by 194 countries at the United Nations summit on September 25, 2015, and which consists of 17 goals, 169 targets and 230 indicators.

The definition of sustainable development is
A development process that seeks to achieve a balance between economic growth, social well-being, environmental protection and health, so that the needs of current generations are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Protecting the environment, health, and preserving biodiversity, by managing natural resources sustainably, reducing pollution, combating climate change, and promoting the sustainable use of land, water, and energy.
Sustainable development seeks to achieve a harmonious balance between these three dimensions to ensure the long-term sustainability of human and planetary well-being
Social responsibility
The term social responsibility has evolved today to reflect the concept of the commitment of individuals, companies, and institutions to play their role in enhancing the well-being of society as a whole. This concept includes several aspects, including:
